• I reserve the right to cancel any reading to a client that does not meet the code of Ethics.
  

• Readings are only given to persons from age 16 and above. (if not not yet of legal age, only with the consent of the parents or legal guardian I need to get in touch with)
  

• Payment for readings are required PRIOR to the reading. If the payment is not made, there will be no reading.

NOTE: I am located in Austin, TX United States which is in the Central time zone (CDT). Please take that into account when contacting me.

Depending on the volume of reading requests and because I only do one large reading per day, please allow up to …

• 3-5 business days if you have purchased a Three-Card Tarot Reading (in written form) with an in depth interpretation of each card and a high-resolution photo of your card spread.
  

• or if you have purchased a Pre-recorded Video Reading until you receive the YouTube link by email,
  

• 24 hours if you have purchased a Pendulum Reading including a high-resolution picture of the Tarot + Oracle cards by E-Mail
  

GIFT CARDS:

• Purchasing this digital gift card creates a unique code. The gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total.

  Please note, this gift card never expires.
  

REFUND

• I always give a heads-up when I start a reading.
  Refunds for any reading option is allowed only when your booking is cancelled before I have confirmed to start the reading or within 6 hours from time of purchase.
  

• Sales are final. No refunds issued once your reading is delivered, whether

  • you don’t like the selection of the Tarot & Oracle decks

  • you’re not connecting with the reading content

  • you do not like the outcome of the reading

  • you do not like the way I interpreted the cards
    

• No refund for issued e-gift cards.
